Viticulture & Management: What makes the oenology course at the HSWT so special

If you are looking for a wine course and already have a basic knowledge of fruit growing, you will find what you are looking for in the Viticulture & Management course. Over the course of five days, interested parties acquire basic and advanced skills in viticulture. Thanks to the interplay of science and practice, various skills can be acquired and deepened. The course is held in several languages if required - we also translate the training material accordingly for the participants. At the end of the successfully completed viticulture training programme, you will receive a certificate from Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences.

Further education in viticulture: training topics

The Viticulture & Management specialist course teaches winegrowers and interested parties the basic techniques of viticulture. The course also covers advanced topics such as quality management and wine marketing. Last but not least, those interested can gain a comprehensive insight into cultivation methods, grape varieties and wine production . The practical exercises and excursions give them a hands-on insight into viticulture and allow them to apply their knowledge on site.
