"My practice is Ecozept GbR, a Franco-German consulting and research company for sustainable, bio-based circular economy, food and agriculture as well as land use. Among other things, I work at Ecozept on a project to increase the proportion of organic regional food in out-of-home catering. For example, I take care of the preparation and follow-up of events, communication with our partners, data maintenance and customer acquisition. I chose Ecozept because I find the company's international orientation exciting, especially when it comes to EU projects and communication with our French colleagues, as well as the company's focus on sustainability. What I particularly like about my degree programme is the wide variety of modules, the reference to sustainability and the practical relevance of the lectures. The latter in particular has now proved its worth in my practical semester."
