Isabel studied Nutrition und Food Supply Management (now Food and Nutritional Sciences) at the Triesdorf campus. She is now a project manager for company catering at the Munich headquarters of MTU Aero Engines AG, a major manufacturer of aircraft engines.

Her day-to-day work involves a lot of good project work and operational management in catering management, canteen kitchen planning and up to 1,800 meals a day.

By studying at HSWT, she has laid the perfect foundation for her career.
